By using APITrad, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. API Usage

Consumers must have sufficient balance to call paid APIs. Free trials are limited per API. Failed calls are not charged.

3. Provider Obligations

Providers must ensure their APIs are functional and described accurately. Misleading listings may be removed.

4. Platform Fees

APITrad earns the difference between the consumer price and the provider settlement price. No additional hidden fees.

5. Reviews and Reports

Reviews should be honest and based on actual usage. Abusive reviews may be removed. Report inappropriate content via the Report button.

6. Account Termination

APITrad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Banned users forfeit remaining balance.

7. Limitation of Liability

APITrad is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages from API downtime, data loss, or third-party API failures.

8. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
